Assistant Reviewers Needed at Bibliophilia, Please

It may surprise you to know (because it shocks the hell out of me) that Bibliophilia, Please has been around for two years, though it's still another month before my blogoversary of blogging steadily. It's just me the majority of the time, but having Will around for the past year or so has spoiled me. However, Will has been busy with work lately, so I've been going it alone again.




Well, I'm not exactly stuck in a couch cushion, but I do fear burn-out. This is where you come in! If you are interested. I would love to have you join me as a reviewer here on Bibliophilia, Please. All I will require is at least two reviews a month (more if you want to give them!) - easy right? If you are chosen, we'll discuss the ins and outs of things a little more. Giveaway Disappointment

Almost everyone connected to the blogosphere use giveaways at some time or another for their readers as a marketing tool. Nearly all readers enter our giveaways. Everyone knows that fantastic rush when s/he opens up that email that reads, "Congratulations, you won ______!" There is just something about winning that triggers the happy juices in our brains. (Some more than others, but still.) That's why there are lotteries, casinos, bingo, anything. So - yes! A winner!

Skip forward a few weeks - there are nose prints on the front window, from a  melancholy face pressed expectantly against it. However, there is still no goodie.

Cheating and Scams

I had a long rant typed out, but I decided that you guys wouldn't want to read that.

Sure, I found a few instances of cheating on some of my OPEN GIVEAWAYS after reading Parajunkee's Rafflecopter Cheating Post. Instead of boring you with my disappointment in a passer-through (because my followers are far to awesome for bad behavior) and irritation at giveaway scams, I will give you the lolcat pictures I was going to use throughout the post.
