1. Janet Evanovich
Author of the Stephanie Plum series
I’ve read 21 books in her Stephanie Plum series, but I should have stopped around book 13. I keep reading them hoping they will get back to the funny, awesome books there were at the beginning. I’ve also read two books in her Lizzy and Diesel series.





2. Jim Butcher
Author of the Dresden Files and Codex Alera series
I’ve read all of the Dresden Files (16 so far), two books of the Codex Alera series, and the first book in the Cinder Spires series, The Aeronaut’s Windlass, which is coming out the end of September.

Top Ten Characters I Wish Would Get Their Own Books


1. Samwise Gamgee ("Sam")
The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien
To me, Sam was the true hero of The Lord of the Rings. Frodo would never have gotten anywhere without Sam.



2. Hermione Granger
Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
I could have filled this list with only Harry Potter characters because they're all so interesting. I'm limiting myself to only two. Hermione is my favorite character out of all of Harry Potter, and I would love to see her get her own book.

My February RAK

When I was selecting who I would send a RAK to, I went by who was having a birthday this month. It's my birthday month, too, and who doesn't like random gifts? I found two ladies (one international, one US) who were also blessed with February birthdays and sent them goodies that I found on their wishlists.

The Aussie Zombie

I saw this on Kat's list, and I had to buy it for her immediately. This is one of the cutest books that I've read in a long time. Stephanie Plum is such a fun character, and I hope Kat enjoys the book as much as I did.

Dreaming Dreams No Mortal Ever Dared

I personally do not read much Contemporary, be it young adult or otherwise, but I chose this book from Tee's wishlist because of the positive reviews I have read on it and its frequent appearances on wishlists. I will say that I was sweating a little bit about this choice, but I got such a sweet email from Tee after she received her book. It made my day.
