Top Ten Book Covers I'd Frame as Pieces of Art
1. The Burning Sky (The Elemental Trilogy #1)
by Sherry Thomas
2. Graceling (Graceling Realm #1) by Kristin Cashore
I absolutely loved this cover, which is the original cover for the series. It was the entire reason I picked up the audiobook at the library on a whim, and the book has become one of my favorites of all time....
3. Fire (Graceling Realm #2) by Kristin Cashore
But this is by far the best cover of the series, even if it isn't the original cover for the book. It's one of my favorite book covers, if not the favorite.
4. Shatter Me (Shatter Me #1) by Tahereh Mafi
5. A Storm of Swords (A Song of Ice and Fire #3) by George R. R. Martin
I have the first four of the series in paperback and the covers have the most saturated beautiful colors. The blue and green covers of A Game of Thrones and A Storm of Swords are my favorites, although the other two colors are just as pretty. Kind of strange for such a brutal series, right?
6. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
7. Taken (Taken #1) by Erin Bowman
I haven't read this one, but the cover is definitely pretty enough to be art.
8. Seraphina (Seraphina #1) by Rachel Hartman
9. The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
10. The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton
I haven't read this one either, but I love the simplicity and beautiful colors.
I really like that cover of To Kill A Mockingbird, that is such a good book!
ReplyDeleteIt is! And I would love any print of the cover as wall art, but the 50 anniversary cover is especially awesome. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI love them all, but I think Graceling is my favorite :)
ReplyDeleteBoth the book and the cover hold a special little place in my heart :) Thanks for stopping by!
