Ten Authors I Own The Most Books From
1. R.L. Stine
Over 50 Books
I think I own almost all of the 62 books in the original series of Goosebumps. I also own some of the spin-off series like Give Yourself Goosebumps. Apparently I was an obsessive reader even as a child.
2. Nora Roberts a.k.a. J.D. Robb
Over 30 Books
I've read through around 30 of the J.D. Robb series, In Death, and I own most of them as the library didn't have all of them, and I love Susan Ericksen's narration. I also pick up a lot of Roberts' books whenever I see them on sale at Audible or at book sales so there is really no telling how many are stashed in boxes somewhere.
3. Katherine Applegate
Less Than 20 Books
My Animorphs books are in storage with my Goosebumps, but I think I have the first 15 to 20 of the series.
4. Charlaine Harris
Around 15 Books
I own the complete Sookie Stackhouse series, but I also own a few of one of her other series, Harper Connelly.
5. Catherine Coulter
At least 10 Books
When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with the FBI (I still have dreams of being a special agent some day). I picked up the first 8 or so of Coulter's FBI Thriller series at a used bookstore. I also own a random assortment of Coulter's historicals.
6. Kresley Cole
The library only had the first book in Cole's Immortals After Dark series, and it's pretty much crack, so of course I had to read the rest. The library has since ordered the rest, so I didn’t have to buy the last one.
7. Morgan Rice
I actually haven't read any of the books in The Sorcerer's Ring series but strangely one by one they have gone on sale for free at Amazon so I keep downloading them. I just downloaded the ninth one this week, so I'm expecting the tenth one to go on sale soon. It soothes my OCD to have the complete set, even though I haven't read any of them yet.
8. Courtney Milan
Author of some of the best historical fictions series including the Brothers Sinister and Turner series.
9. Jane Austen
At Least 7 Books
Does owning the same book in multiple formats count? I own Pride and Prejudice in ebook, audiobook, paperback and 2 hardbacks. Otherwise I have 6 of her other novels in one version or other.
10. Sarah MacLean
Another great historical fiction author with series including Love By Numbers and The Rules of Scoundrels.
